We make Kitchens that are as unique as the people who use it. The modern methods of Modular Kitchen manufacturing is no longer a carpenter depended job. It requires high level of precision and technology that can be performed only by machines. Thus, asking a man to do a machine’s job is a very wrong step to take.

CARCASS
Carcass Model
The skeleton or the body of a Modular Kitchen is made of several boxes called Carcass. Each Carcass is made with best quality water-proof pre-laminated 18mm MDF boards or 18mm MR Plywood. They are durable, stylish, economical and very easy to maintain. The Carcass boxes are easy to fix and remove using inter-locking systems. The edges of the box are bonded with PVC tapes.

POST-FORMING SHUTTERS
1. POST-FORMING SHUTTERS

Using the latest lamination technology, we can now laminate flexible mica on the durable 18mm water-proof MDF boards or 18mm MR Plywood. The advantage of the post-forming technology is to avoid sharp edges and thereby giving the shutters a very sleek and stylish look. You have over a 100 shades and designs to choose from if you go for the post-forming finish shutters for your kitchen or wardrobe.
LAMINATED SHUTTERS

2. LAMINATED SHUTTERS

These types of shutters come with mica lamination on the water-proof 18mm MDF boards or plywood. The shutter will have aluminum beading profiles or PVC tapes on all four sides giving it a very contemporary and modern look. You have over a 100 shades and designs to choose from if you go for the laminated finish shutters for your kitchen or wardrobe.
PAINTED SHUTTERS
3. PAINTED SHUTTERS

The shutters are painted with auto-coat paints and a Polyurethane clear coating on 18mm MDF boards. The materials and the finishing technology are similar to that of an automobile painting. They are fully water-proof and long lasting. With countless numbers of shades, you have the most number of color choices to choose from if you go for the paint finish shutters for your kitchen or wardrobe.
POLISHED SHUTTERS
4. POLISHED SHUTTERS

These shutters have a classical touch to it. You can be assured that this will never be out of fashion. We use high quality imported water-proof polish material to give the very best finishing and for long lasting. The polishing can be done on 18mm MDF or 18mm Rubber-Wood boards. You can choose the classical Teak-Wood finish or an exquisite Rose-Wood finish or the brilliant Oak-Wood finish or a natural Rubber-Wood finish if you go for the polish finish shutters for your kitchen or wardrobe.
MEMBRANE SHUTTERS
5. PVC MEMBRANE LAMINATED SHUTTERS

PVC Membrane skins are imported foil sheets laminated on the 18mm water-proof MDF boards or 18mm MR Plywood. The finishing is trendy and modern. You can opt for a carving or grooving on the Shutters. However, the number of shades available is limited to about 50 if you go for the membrane finish shutters for your kitchen or wardrobe.
